You don’t have to choose between your brain and your spirit- in fact, you were created to be fully united: spirit, soul, and body.

I do therapy a little differently: I facilitate encounters between you and Jesus, resulting in lasting change that enables you to follow Him wholeheartedly, with the oil of your lamp burning bright.

Wholeness comes when you own and integrate every part of you: body, soul, and spirit. We don’t need another program, “expert,” or formula. We need an encounter with the Living God. Transformation that occurs in connection with Him supplies lasting change. I consider myself a facilitator of that experience.
